Only teams that register for more than one tournament, and thereby qualify for a discount, can register by mail.
All others must register on-line and pay by credit card.
If your club qualifies for a tournament discount, just print out, fill out and mail off this form with a check made out to Baltimore Youth Hockey. All teams that sign up for two of our tournaments will be eligible for an entry fee discount of $100.
